"I was going through the process of divorce when I met with Alexandria the first time. For most of my life, I had been in situations where I wasn't free to explore or own my authenticity. More than that, I also had a childhood filled with trauma. Choosing the intensive program changed my life for the better. After the first session, I noticed a physical and emotional difference after learning a couple of essential techniques that released all the stress and anxiety I was carrying. Over time I continued to release old pain, trauma and negative beliefs that were holding me back. I wasn't sure what exactly I believed spiritually and this was exploratory. It didn't take long for me to see how even the people in my life were impacted healthily, with signs popping up everywhere. Toxic relationship suddenly ended and I noticed that my life was being transformed so that I could finally live the peaceful and abundant life that I've worked so hard for. Without Alexandria's coaching, I'm not sure that I would have been able to make all of the breakthroughs that I did at such an accelerated rate. I needed that push, and friendly support to step into my next chapter.
